Those are flat out lies. Kale has 8 grams of protein per 100 kcal, for example. Even if this shit was true I'd need to eat 2 kilos of Kale to him protein target. That's ignoring the shitty amino profile veggies have compared to meat and eggs.

1: I dont want to try to eat 160+ grams of protein a day in plants. Especially on a bulk.

2: The amino acid profile of those plants is incomplete compared to actual meat.
