Years ago I'd fap 3-4 times a day and when I got that down to once a day (if that) I saw noticeable increases in energy. NoFap is kind of a meme but chronic masturbation (more than twice a day imo) is a serious problem and for some NoFap is the only way to combat it.

I don't know if its entirely bullshit. low ph in the body is assciated with heart disease and cancers, which in the US is abnormally high.

My reasoning is that since low ph is so common in the US and it is found to mess with hormone levels, I figured to fix my acne, which I assume is hormonal since nofap directly affects it, is caused by a dietary imbalance.

Your body has a very narrow spectrum of ph value. How would what you eat matter when your stomach acid is one of the most acidic acids you can get? With a ph down to ~1.8.
Even if cancer and heartattack were associated with a certain ph level(within the normal range) it does not automatically mean its a cause of it. It could be a symptom for hundreds of other reasons.

Ya I cut out dairy and processed sugars out of my diet. I'm pretty much living off of meat and wheat so thats why I figured I am not eating enough vegetables and fruit(which are alkalizing).
