>bit of cream cheese

around 800 kcal. eat this every day. god damn delicious.

Um ehrlich zu sein, ich mag das Essen auf dem Bild. Ich bin jetzt soweit, dass es mir mehr darum geht wie natürlich das Essen ist und nicht wie gut es schmeckt. Ich kann locker Haferflocken mit heißem Wasser essen und es würde mir schmecken. Hab schon seit 3 Monaten nichts gegessen mit raffiniertem Zucker oder Fett.

I like tofu burned that the only way i can eat them and lentils are overcooked because I had to steam the brokkoli over them and I had no time.

Am I ruining my body by eating shit but still staying under 1200cal diet?

4 bananas over the course of the day so far.
For lunch, One large chicken breast, shredded, mixed with rice and wholegrain mustard.
For dinner, 8 egg omelet with onion.
For dessert, 500g fat free greek yoghurt with a shitload of sweetener added.

Fuck knows how many calories. But its working for this cut.
