Not doing ss but i recently stalled on ohp and managed to get past it. Add some z press and military press to your accessory work. When going with strict heavy weight finish the set with push press if you begin to fail. Also do heavy push press low rep, to get accustomed to heavier weight overhead

I do a 5/3/1 ULxPPLx routine. Rather than squatting and other leg accessories, I do deadlifts and sprints. And the main 5/3/1 movements are weighted pull ups and weighted dips.
Sprints and hill runs give me neat calves.
I just run and deadlift instead.
On Tuesdays, Saturdays I do stair running at our uni's football stadium and do bodyweight squats in between stairs.

Usually once a week, I'll do the standard 5/3/1 workout for that specified week. After, I'll do my 1RM and see how many reps I can do. It's not exactly weekly progress but I brought my 1RM weighted pull up at 120 lb added to 2 reps instead in two weeks.

My shoulders aren't much of an issue. I have been working the stabilizers and warming up so I don't think that's too much an issue. It's mostly my triceps. I think they're lagging behind. I recently got some resistance bands so I'm gonig to do some more direct work.
I'll keep that in mind though!

yea the problem with calisthenics is that it's hard to work your shoulders.
handstand and dips are the only way to work your shoulders and i don't think either of them works out your posterior delt.
but apparently pullups do, eh whatever, cus i can't see a bump.
i got 2 places i go to do pullups the one is right outside of my home so i bring weighs there and there's a park a little further so when i go there i don't bring my weighs and do sets of pullups, sometimes fuck around with muscle ups and recently tried doing my bw max it was 20 but i'm pretty sure i could shit out 2 more.
