Started taking liquid glucosamine and MSM while rehabbing.

Went from not being able to squat 85 lbs without pain to repping 315 x 8 atg in around 7 months. It works a charm.

Glucosomine doesn't work, there are no studies that show it does anything beneficial. Vitamin C is cheaper and works better at rebuilding collagen (connective tissue repair)
