Im done beeing a fucking skeleton. help me out.

5,7" (175cm)
130lbs (60kg)
37" shoulders.

I can do 20 push ups, recently got into cycling.
What is a simple fitness plan i can do at home with no gear?

goal for end of summer:
Gain weight
get broader shoulders
get stronger arms
get generally more fit.

Please help me out

Im gonna tell you that you are 5'9 and not 5'7 which should make you feel better.

5 foot and 0.7 foot
or
5 foot and 9 inches
whichever you chose mate.

checks out. you're average height in most european countries, good job.

READ THE STICKY

Sticky link brings me to a broken page.

Watch Scooby for home workouts. Read the sticky. Eat more/lift more. Good luck on the Veeky Forums path OP

Dude that's 94cm

Jim wendler 5/3/1 and that dere GOMAD will help you in the long run.

i run a shoelace around my shoulders, marked where it met and measured it.

Is there something wrong with 94cm?

you do not measure the circumference, but the distance between your shoulders. what you did was basically measuring the distance twice

Get Arny's Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding.

Read it through, start with the basic routine then go to more advanced ones when you're not a chicken shit.

Calc your TDEE, then eat 500 more cals than that everyday.

I don't think you can not have a skeleton user. I'd look further into this before attempting to not have bones.

>end of summer
That's not going to happen in a couple months. You're not going to make any significant gains without lifting weights.
>inb4 calisthenics
That's a meme

37" shoulders - never gone make it.

why?

I'm 5'5 and 110 you aren't the worst. However my question is how can I do more push ups than you?

How many can you do?

If im really warmed up i could maybe do the 20 in one go.
If i pause and then do some again i can go much much higher

>at home with no gear
Can you at least get a pull up bar?
Even better get some gymnastic rings

it wouldn't help anyway. it doesn't have calisthenics workouts.

anyway, i'm a skelly myself. at a skelly stage, literally anything will do. search for anything that's fun and feels heavy, and do it, and keep doing it, progressing every week. eventually it won't work anymore, so you'll need to search for something more specific, or maybe change your diet, or whatever... but this "eventually" can be more than a year.
