What are some small implementations that you have made in your workouts or day to day life that have had a significant positive impact

Putting things away immediately after using them.

Reading The Elements of Style by Strunk & White.

It taught me not to use stupid words like "implementations."

Instead, you could have said "What tweaks in your workouts or day to day life can have disproportionate benefits?"

I've been trying really hard to not focus on the future or think about the past so much. If I think of the future, I think of my plan for it and what I want to do. If I think of the past, I think of the lessons I need to remember. But I do my best to live in the present.

I'm a little buzzed right now so I don't know if that makes total sense. But I try to keep my thoughts to what I need to do in the present and it's resulted in a lot less stress and >tfw no gf

what the fuck did you just say to me you pretentious faggot?

Eating veggies daily has brought back my sex drive somewhat and has made me feel better overall.

I dunno if this is the kinda thing you're looking for but I started listening to classic hardstyle at the gym and my intensity went through the roof.

Also add facepulls to your routine if they're not in there already, I'm getting posture gains I didn't even know were possible.

Cutting out soda and cleaning my room every morning

Getting out of bed early. It gives you more of the day to enjoy, and makes it easier to unwind come night time

>Make bed as soon as you get up
>30 mins fasted cardio everyday
>lift or yoga everyday
>soda water
>noporn
>read before bed
>sleep with pillow between legs

Rinse and repeat

Bonus point:
>Get a dog

>disproportionate benefits
This sounds silly.

>Tweaks
sounds better though

Going to sleep at 11pm, waling up at 7am, without fail.

Spending 5 minutes each morning tidying my room.

Going to the gym at 7:30 am

Stopped drinking coffee or taking any strong sources of caffein

how longs this transition take?

Around 4 years with steroids.

Why did you cut out caffeine?

>Keep my window blinds open during the day
>Extra set of least favourite lift for every piece of junk food I eat
>Lukewarm showers
>2L of water everyday
>listening to music genres I don't normally listen too
>go to the mall every weekend to buy a new outfit to replace an old one
That last one is so I can transition out of Band T-shirt and jeans as my only outfit.

>go to the mall every weekend to buy a new outfit to replace an old one
i like that idea, my wardrobe needs some of that too.

Strict pull-ups

Do it man, worst thing you can do for mires is get your gains and waste them all summer in a badly fitted Walmart T.

The lows caused by caffeine use outweight the highs, I feel much less tired and much more energetic throughout the day now I stopped taking it

1 year.

>No cheat days
>No drugs or cigarettes
>Be wary of gains goblin females that show up at 6 months

Pro tip:

>get a bicycle to do the 30 min fasted cardio

Incline streadmill or cross trainer will get too monotonous after a few months.

Meditation.
Reading my goals.

Action: Moving out and living alone while paying my own bills and not having mommy make my meals, pick up after me, do my washing and make my gym bag as if I was an infant going to my first year at school. Oh and having a father or male role model.

Result: Put weights back on shelf, returning weights from barbells after use. Not slamming dumbells off the floor between reps trying to gain momentum to make the next rep easier and wiping down bench after use. Not having everyone think I'm an asshole and not understanding why.

Since I'm no longer sucking on my mothers milk sacks I've also had to start the protein milkies too.
