Never thought of calves as vanity muscles. I feel like normies are not impressed by them.

Having said that I put a ton of effort into my calves and have gotten some compliments on them. Thicc calves are life.

I literally never train calves(dont even run) and mine are pretty big. Calves are all about insertion points.
