That's a big meal.

100g oats , 1 Apple , bunch of frozen berries and cinamon.

The main plate is around 160 g lentils , 1 sweet potatoes , 7 medium normal potatoes , 2 tomatoes , 40 g of rice , 1 zucchini , 5 cloves of garlic , around 250 Ml of tomatoes paste and some arugula .

Must be around 1800-2200 total Kcals maybe .

Yeah I don't think i'll finish it , it'll make two or maybe three meals .
