I see progress guys, maybe not as much as other people in 1 year because i don't eat as heavy as I should.

A year ago i benched 95lbs 4-6 times, not I bench 135 6-8 times

squat 135 -> 205 (6)
deadlift 115 -> 190 (6)

>can only manage 2000, even if I spread my eating across the entire day, I'm too full to stuff it down my throat

That's the kind of progress you should be seeing in 6 months max, not a year Do GOMAD or dirty bulk with milkshakes, calories are easier to drink than to eat. Your diet is massively impairing your gains. I say this as a former permaskellie who started doing half GOMAD in February and has put on over 30 pounds since.

Op here, is not me. Although I've gained 50 lbs in the past 2 years, I'm unsure if 160 is still too low for my height, I'm starting to get a belly so i kind of panicked and stopped eating a lot.

Does gomad really work? I've never heard any success stories just.memes

I've never done a full gallon a day but half a gallon is an easy way to get calories and a decent source of protein. Worst part is the farts, they'll knock you over dead but only last a couple weeks if you're not lactose intolerant.

I was fucking skeletron supreme. Just never really felt hungry, had to try my hardest to maintain weight.

My diet was basically 5 cans of mountain dew, and 2 PB&J sammies a day

Idk m8, I always have a bit, just bad genetics. My mom is 53 and still has acne. But the milk didn't make a noticeable difference one way or the other. You should just try it for a few weeks and see what kind of results you get.

Excellent progress. Happy to see you didn't end up with stretch marks. My before is a slightly less fat version of yours, and I was worried about stretch marks on my belly.

Now I'm 22 it happens might have been from all the new testosterone from doing gymnastics, and stretching for the first time in my life. Almost 6'4 now too, soon

Eat more often. Snack in between meals and eat icecream. Once you start eating a lot it stretches your stomach so it becomes easier.
