This style of training can be considered advanced and very specific. Even though some research has shown it is pretty good I personally wouldn't recommend to someone outside of the advanced Weightlifter or Powerlifter demographic. Also the logistics of it make it bothersome, even if can work around it I'd still keep it for some sort of athlete proficient at their sport.

Cluster sets are pretty legit. Started doing it with bench and ohp gained 40 and 35 on my lifts in about a week in a half.
Rolling again too. Setting goals is good, but I want a challenge.
