How did your stats change?

Without hair, it's a lot more obvious how low your nipples are. Meaning the fact you have no upper chest becomes obvious.

Nope, weight went from 140lbs to 155lbs. No cut at all. Aiming to get to 165lbs by winter.

The lighting in this picture is making it more noticable than it really is,but I think it's more genetic than anything. I have no reason to roid,im about as big as I want to get at my height.maybe years down the road I'll change my mind

Looking good my dude. It's definitely time to bulk but you've made great progress.

6'1 about 158lbs.

Left was mid April, right is today. Lifts have increased, weight has increased a little, fat has increased a little. I ate at maintainace for ages and never saw any real progress, been eating 2800cal per day for the last week to see what that does. Calculated TDEE is 3100 per day lifting x3 per week, aerobic cardio x2 per week, HIIT x2 per week must be horseshit since I'm not losing weight and have never consistently eaten more than I have in this last week.

I want to at least maintain my endurance, and in fact what I actually do is kind of a bare minimum since I've got an injury that seems long term. I know that it might well slow down weight and strength gains but so long as I'm still making some measure of those gains I'll take it. I'm going to see where I am in after a year. What I want to get right at the moment is how much I'm eating.

been cutting for about 2months, got another month left

lowered my calorie intake from around 4+k to around 2.2 atm (will prob lower next week)

lowered my carb intake drastically to see if i could got keto mode (suppose i have)

been eating nothing but meats, eggs and the occasional spinach

not quite sure when this was but i think it was about a week before i started cutting

I spent the first few months trying to maintain my strength on an upper/lower routine (ULxULxx) and then I switched to push, pull, legs (PPLPPLx).
