I've been using SBD sleeves when lifting because that's what I used when regular strength training. But I'm interested in trying some knee wraps. I see Ilya, Rostami, Klokov and others wear them. Is there a difference? Obviously they're not as tight as powerlifters wrap their knees.

I'm currently 184cms 78kgs. I want to bulk up to at least 94, maybe 105 down the road (in a decade or so). Mainly because I want to be able to snatch 140 and C&J 180. I also want to squat 260 for reps. A lot of 105s are doing these numbers, and even more at C&J. But I'm worried they're not natty.

I actually think so, she seems not very confident in her feminity and often posts photos that are like stereotypically feminine, Hello Kitty belt, cute dresses, but I think deep down she wants to be tall and thin like Karlie Kloss or something.
Lydia seems cute but she kind of seems really insecure as you said, weightlifting is also bad in some way just because you can not really be a pretty woman doing it, whenever you actually get to the top you have to let go of some female features and behaviours because you can't squat 140 kg at ~70 kg and look super cute and girly, I think the disparity kind of fucks her up. Having to be a woman and being good at man's sport is not easy. A lot of women probably find themselves in these situations, wanting to be female but also not wanting to let go of what they like doing.

i think it's possible you just have to dedicate yourself to it; if you go 105s i think it's definitely doable - espeically if you are thinking long term and are patient

Not that familiar but probably not. You won't be able to get to that level without exceptionally good coaching; OWL is largely technique followed by strength. By not starting younger you don't cement that sort of reliance on weightlifting either, but that's for the better.

Wes Kitts background is in American Football, Dylan started lifting rather young. That being said, 140Sn, 180C&J is not unreasonable for a natty 105; I'm sure you could do it, but without good coaching its going to be rough. Also you want to avoid getting injured at that age as it will pretty much put yourself out of service for a long time and you'll lose a lot of progress.

I'm currently being coached by a former member of the bulgarian national team. And I'm going to Bulgaria for two weeks this summer to train with some people there. One of the guys won bronze at Athens 2004 at SHW. I think with consistent nutrition and recovery I could do it. For my height I could fill out 105 without getting too fat.

I'm 183 at 95 kg and I think 105 is well within my reach within the next year and right now I think I am not that big so I think my bf could stay the same or go down even if I cut

In my experience which is very anecdotal (only one gym) weightlifters are a bunch of pussies and cucks who never want to move actual weight but just see it as a lifestyle.
