don't see dips in too many routines here and they are great for chest and tris

do americans seriously do this?

OHP - I rarely see anyone in my gym ever doing it.

>1x5 couch lifts
>3x5 chair squats
>3x5 washing machine rolls
>3x8 television curls

Farmers walk for dem forearms

Only when moving from house to house, and usually on very heavy shit like a fridge or washer/dryer

every fucjing day

>very heavy shit like a fridge

I don't know how to make webm so :youtube.com/watch?v=5PkTwJ347Vk

Easiest way to fuck up your tendons imho. Tore my rotator cuff doing an OHP and couldn't bench the same weight again for a year.

Face pulls
Bent over rows
Most other rear body work

At how much weight? Was your form shit?

Asking mainly because I OHP every 3 days just now.

>very heavy shit like a fridge or washer/dryer
wut? none of that shit is very heavy, its just very bulky which makes it a pain in the ass to carry in solo mode (but can be done, ive done it more than a couple of times)

HAMMER CURLS

you gonna see some retards in this thread posting their favorite compound acting like it's "underrated", but hammer curls are god tier for forearm gainz

and forearm gains are an ABSOLUTE must unless you wanna look like a dyel

Nice digits. I like your image, with a bit of a touch up it looks much better though

Not a mini fridge. A real fridge. If it's not 7 feet tall it's a mini.

nice

Rowing machine (cardio) for dem forearms and cardio gainz.

functional as fuck

Heavy rack pulls above the big black booty bitch with a trap bar.

>walking down the stairs with my couch strapped on
>buddy slips
>take the entire weight of the couch and hoist it up with my couchbelt
>scream "lightweight baby" before throwing it down the stairs, crushing my gymbro
>just another day in america

Weighted pull-ups are the best upper-body mass builder.

Apart from rows, pull downs, bench and OHP, all of which facilitate more weight and thus more muscle.

Pull ups are goat for upper lats though.

>not burger curls
>pizza rolls
>chicken dips

no only faggots.

none of them facilitate more weight.
bench is close though

i delivered furniture for a living for a couple of years and it got my forearms JOOCY

Considering I am in my mid 30's and today is the first time I have ever seen anything like in the OP photo, I would say no. We strap burgers to our chests and squat those, after we shit our pants at Wal-mart.
