I can't find a full program for fixing my World of Warcraft posture.

do rows, pullups, facepulls, rear delt raises and deadlifts

Put your back against the wall while standing and with your head also against the wall look straight down. I did that every morning for 2 minutes a day and fixed it (took about a month)

I did all of that for months and didnt help. one week deadlifting fixed it

I been doing planks (burn feels good on lower back and abs) and deadlifts, as well as a couple 2 lower back body weight work outs from Athlean-x.

But I work out 3 days a week and on my two off days within the week, I still bang out 3-4 sets of manageable deadlifts.

I guess the problem is in the buttcheeks and lower back though, the first things to deteriorate from sedentary lifestyles.

i mean real low weight btw, not trying to over kill my legs and back to the point of injury etc etc

I do all of those and deadlifts, and I still have a degree of lordosis (self diagnosed, however)

Should mention: I've been lifting consistently for about 5 years.

just consciously stand like pic related, it's not because of muscle problems, you're just hunching yourself over, it'll become your natural posture after a while

Does your lower back also have to touch the wall?
When I do that my ass kind arches backward to compansae so i feel like it's more fucked

Worked like a charm and doesn't even take much effort. Already noticed improvements after a week of this.

I can't stop slouching and I feel like pull-ups are making my condition worse.
