Depends on genetics really.

5pl8 dl is easily achievable (I have a 6plate deadlift natty lean)
4pl8 squat is the same, I'm close and have no doubt I'll get it soon.
3pl8 bench is getting into the realms of leverages and genetics playing a large part in whether you can get it natty and lean.
2pl8 OHP is only for the 1% of genetically superior outliers.

i'd say two years of training would get you everything but the OHP. OHP is one of the toughest to progress and can take a while. If you follow a powerlifting style routine that compounds the issue by a lack of frequency. So don't neglect accessory movements even if you feel like shit.

currently sitting slightly above those with 195/335/480/585 after probably 10 years on and off training

I've had better lifts before in college, after about 3 years I was 205/3.25/5/6, but I've had multiple surgeries since then and am turning 32. Might be time to hop on TRT if i want to beat my old PRs, but I've just been maintaining and doing other things like circuit training and not pushing the lifts so hard.

Yeah I can confirm 2.5/4/5/6 is def possible natty. I weigh between 195 and 215 pounds lifting for 8 years.

Takes a really serious regiment with a lot of food water and rest to progress. I was stuck at 3plate bench for 2 years cause i didnt want to eat a lot.

After you hit your strength goals like once a week for a month you can cut down on food, drop a ton of weight, and you maintain the strength.

But user, that's not what he said. For reps is retarded and arbitrary anyway. A 225 3rm will give about the same score as a 225 1rm on symmetric strength, but a 10rm is wildly different. Nobody knows what you dyels mean when you say "for reps".
