Key points to remember are to drink plenty of water before bed and first thing when you wake up. Also sip some water during the night while you're drinking and try not to over do the booze.

Hey mates, I just finished an omnadren/eq cycle a month ago, now my body is already up in body fat and lower in muscle mass....I kept some of the gains, but I'm still not fucking pleased with the results at all.
