Is there such a thing as a full body routine that also focuses on aesthetics?

What do you mean by "focuses on aesthetics"?

What are your goals?

damn im gay af

do ICF for 3-6 months, then hop on PPL or UL. You'll be asthetic as long as you don't eat like shit.

dude can i buy a fucking vowel to fill those acronyms?

skinnyfat and wants to look like pic related

recovering skinnyfat here

gymnastics, yoga, and any cardio will do it, provided your diet is right

low fat, high fiber, mostly "vegan" but without the associated retardation

Lurk more.

Grekyskull > anything. Do the neck stuff too. Ss works but is harder to add a lot of assistance

M-W-F
dumbell bench press 2x10
dumbbell incline press 2x10
bb squat 2x10
bb dlift 2x10
dumbbell flies 2x10
db ohp 2x10
lateral and rear delt raises
bb row 2x10
db shrugs 2x10
db hammer curls 2x10
Chin-ups 2xAMRAP

Also, run on tuesday and thursday

>A full body routine that focuses on aesthetics
Quit the nonsense, user.

this is retarded.

Read the sticky.

yes focus your gym lifting exercises on:
>face structure
>height
>wide build
>eat 2400kcal/day

A regular full body routine with a focus on Volume work and pacing of your reps

google the words plus 'routine', dumdumb

run 3 miles a day, calisthenics, pushups, squats, surf, skate, soccer, bball and throw in some olympic lifts with rest.

Why not bump up the goal to athletic and look like pic related

Yes. Google how Steve Reeves used to train.
This said, even though it's 3d/wk, 3hr+ sessions are no fucking joke.
They do yield some tasty results though.
Imo a well thought out PPL or UL split will be better for beginners or intermediates.

SS for four weeks Grey Skull for 4 weeks
On a bulk ofc then pump the volume up and maintain lifts on GS for four more weeks while you cut

Literal brosplit.
Work every muscle group once a week. Work whatever you want to show off more then once a week.
Keep body fat low.
gghf

No, the point of full body routines is gaining strength usually. Once you have depleted your noob gains you switch to a split with more volume and exercises for targeting individual muscles instead of just compound lifts.

Aesthetics is ALL about bodyfat.
Any routine will build the muscle if you put the effort in.

ICF : Ice cream fitness routine
PPL: Push Pull Leg routine
UL: Upper body Lower body routine

This guy doesn't even have a good body I doubt he can do 20 pullups or dips.

>Is there such a thing as a full body routine that also focuses on aesthetics?

Yes. Just don't eat a massive surplus and do accessories to bring up lagging muscles (rear delts, side delts, abs, and traps are usually good choices.

good genetics

Can anyone actually answer the fucking question?

I have been going to gym for about 2 years and doing SS for the first 3 months then fucking around and constantly changing the routines which achieve minimal results.

Now during summer I literally have time the whole fucking day. What routine should I do, how many times a week if I want ottermode/athetlic body? Pic related is my current physique and I'm kinda late beginner/lower intermediate strong.

>low fat
Neck yourself.

>Asks for a full body routine
>"Do a brosplit"
Looks like somebody didn't work out at the library.

>muh routine!!

SQUATS
DIPS
DEADLIFTS
PULLUPS

LIFT UNTIL FAILURE

HOW FUCKING HARD IS THAT GOD WHAT SHITTY GAINS FOR TWO YEARS

>Durr I'm a starting strength, power lifting retard and all I know is the SS meme.

Fully body routines are about hitting muscle groups 3 times a week instead of the 1 time a week you get with splits. Whether it's about strength or hypertrophy depends on the weight/volume.

Shit advice.

I agree the gains are shit but I started as the total skelly weighting 58 kg at 6ft.

What about Joe De Franco's Built like a badass? Seems to have the main lifts plus assistance work. What are your thoughts Veeky Forums?
anasci.org/ebooks/Built Like a Badass.pdf

You don't get to meme somebody for directing a newfag to the sticky. That's what it's for.

Eat less you mong. If you want to see results, get rid of the fat covering your muscle.

>implying there is that much fat covering those noob gains at all

Why not Reg Park's?

Compounds for strength/test/growth hormone
Isolation for "aesthetics"

Anyone past their first year that can't start to reason out how to put 2+2 to get their goals, and then write a routine to do it needs to find an easier hobby. Only you can figure what combos of exercises (and rep schemes/days per week) works for you, unless you're an I-don't-know-spoonfed-snowflake
