Is this body achievable just by doing calisthenics?

...

yeah just go on a deficit

Those are some godly insertions like 1 in 100 ppl have it that good

It would have to be weighted calisthenics.

Take this to the QTDDTOT next time.

Point out the insertions for me

>is this body achievable
>Chad Pitt

You tell me

I said body, not face

it is very hard to achieve that chest and those shoulders with calisthenics. it would take much too longer than weighted training.

It's well documented that Brad spent a ton of time on the Pec-Deck machine. It foreces you to do flyes with near-perfect form and without straining your elbows.

literally just cut and do 100 pushups a day haha

funny thing is Brad Pitt got this body by bulking, because it's so hard for him to put on weight. Guy's a skelly by nature

My insertions are not as good as him, but got to this point quickly doing only calisthenics, so easily doable.
6'3 185

Routine? Looking good, no homo

What are insertions?

What insertions are you talking about?

bump

His insertions aren't that great. He's brad Pitt therefore you think his insertions are better than they are.

The only thing he has going for himself are relatively symmetrical abs

Can you please post routine my man

6'5 and been lifting for years and wanna get into calisthenics.

why do people talk about calisthenics as if its their only fucking option?????

my pee pee insert into ur butt

>His insertions aren't that great

is this cope?

because u don't need to leave your room or buy equipment

What if OP is at 5% bf

routine?

Because it's a hell of a lot more fun than lifting weights

You can get that by just sprinting regularly.

No, no you didn't.

Jesus, why can't people on this board admit that they had to work hard for their results?

Look at his adonis belt, ab symmetry, and barrel chest. Those are all genetics based.

>3 people asking for routine
In any other camera angle this guy looks like a very skinny non-muscular person. No chest and most likely no back. 6'3" 185lbs is incredibly light.

If he actually lifted he would look very good.

I like calisthenics to stay light and fast, but I love it alongside some plyometrics. It makes me feel really good after those workouts. I went from 125 to 135 lbs pretty fast doing that stuff :D

>implying calisthenics != hard work

mirin

>Got these results quickly
>easily doable

He implied they weren't hard work
