What the health 2017

> every type of meat (red/processed/white/seafood/canned) causes cancer, no matter how you cook it

Is the most meme docu ever produced? Literally, what the fuck are we supposed to eat??

Veganism

And 95% of vegan shit is estrogenic. I'm starting to think eating is a meme and we can get energy from the sun or some shit.

>> every type of meat (red/processed/white/seafood/canned) causes cancer, no matter how you cook it
>> eggs cause cancer and heart disease
>> all dairy causes cancer, heart disease, dementia, autism
prove it

All vegan shills and shill products are funded by enviromentalists and animal rights people.

They use meme science to try and swing people to their moral compass.

Don't fall for their nonsense. Look at the funding behind most of the studies. It's all environmental groups. They want you to eat bioengineered phytoplankton so a few cows don't die and some random village in India full of people you don't know or care about doesn't get wiped out in a tsunami.

Eat what you want.

Even if you dont eat the meat or go organic everything is still massively polluted and causes canser. I made it through half of this shitpile before turning it off. I chuckled heartly when the fat black guy talked about institutionalized racism against the black man for advicing folks to drink milk. Murrica never change you political correct dumbasses

Everything you consume is going to have both a positive and negative impact on you. The key is in balance. Veganism is a meme.

All food you eat has hormones, plant and animal foods.
Animal foods actually have animal estrogens, and most of them have mammal estrogens.

Take your pick I guess.

>All vegan shills and shill products are funded by enviromentalists and animal rights people.

Then why are the biggest industries profiting from animal agriculture?
Even the grain industry benefits massively from the animal agriculture due to cattle ration.

The obvious thing to do is eat as little sea food and animal based foods as possible, and to eat as little as possible and just be lighter in general.

If you gain weight regardless of diet you are gonna have a higher risk of cancer or cardiovascular disease.

If people starting eating organic fairtrade biodynamic veganic sprouted ancient maize flakes instead of steak they'd be able to make a much larger profit margin seeing how easily grain can be produced.

Everything, every single thing in the world causes cancer if overdone.
If you sleep too much you can get cancer, if you workout too much you can get canger, sex too much, x too much cancer, y too much cancer.
Nothing you listed will cause cancer in small moderation.

"I didn't believe what the doctors were telling me so I did my own research."

>achieve a high GPA
>spend a lot of money on quality education in med school
>spend many years learning to be a doctor/physician
>work within hospitals building experience every day
>some film maker uses google to disagree with you and make a film about it

Because of ethics and how studies are conducted, it is incorrect to say anything actually causes cancer. Unless they fed a bunch of people only animal products, which is why there is the issue of ethics (why would you make someone eat something perceived as unhealthy), they can only say there is a risk association or correlation. I'm also willing to bet that these pro vegan studies aren't too strongly controlled so as to make higher % risk estimations.

"Milk is really bad because it has casein in it."

Lies and bullshit apparently

Also highly doubt the"milk=prostate cancer" entirely especially when in the article it says:
>Estrone and prostate cancer risk in men: As far as the estrone levels Maruyama et al. measured in their 2010 study are concerned it is very difficult to tell, whether or not the 26% increase in E2 levels is or isn't a problem.
>The estrone values in the Maruyama study are unrealistic. With a normal range of difficult to tell
>unrealistic
and
>What remains to be seen, though, is whether future epidemiological evidence will support or refute the currently heralded hypothesis that dairy consumption increases prostate cancer risk and whether we will be able to identify more feasible explanations for this relations than those that are implicated by the results Maruyama et al. present in their 2010 study.

Yup
It's dat boi

>mfw that's something some people really think and die from

Except you don't have to because that's bullshit, especially if you're eating animal products. SHBG is inversely proportional to protein intake.
