667 to 3277 +/-300 was 10 weeks WITH exercise.

So a difference of 500 when the combined standard error is 700. That is statistically insignificant.

There is no statistically significant difference in test levels between someone who takes steroids and exercises for ten weeks vs someone who takes them and does nothing.
