What is Thicc Mode?

I haven't lifted in over a month and my lifts really tanked. I'm looking to get back to where I was within a month or two. I was thinking of doing the 28 free programs with bench 3x, squat 2x and diddly 2x all beginner or would it be better to just hop on SS or pic related (that I was already doing) and maximize my strength gains?

I was 85kg at 0.75/1.75/3/3.75 all for 5 reps and am now at 77kg at 0.5/1.5/2.25/3.25 for 5 reps.

Coumpounds are ok in volume.

I would add an extra set on iso like face pulls/biceps/tris so make that 4x12 and 5x15 on lat raises (lightweight), add wrist work 3 times a week.

Also dont forget calves and abs. No, compunds are not enough.

just hop on ss you should be able to regain your strength fairly quickly, just remember to eat and sleep well

Im powerlifter who wants to become THICC upperbody. My current routine based on Cowboy Method (13 week cycle for squat, dl, front squat, ohp and bench)

maxes are

squat - 445+
bench - lmao 260
deadlift - 465+
front squat - 315 for 2
ohp - 150

my upperbody is pathethic so I need some asistance to made it thick

current routine:

monday:

quads assistance - mainly lunges 3x8-20
incline dumbell bench 3x8-12
ltes + bicep curls 3x8-12

Each set is with ramping weight up to a top set, so you hit a new 3rm/5rm every week

165lbs at 5'10 pretty lean. Im currently at 255lbs box squat 3x5 M W F, I can't add weight every other day any more, I've failed the third set twice now. Is time to switch to an intermediate program? Also 225lbs bench x5, 140~lbs OHP x5 and DL 320 x5 If so which one? I wan't strength but also hyperthrophy, not minimalist trainning. Thank you guys.

depends on bone structure, basically thicc bone folks have it easier to be thicc, same goes to wide hips
