7 years of track. Im a skelly though. Thing about running that fast is no one gives a shit outside from other track runners. Would prefer to be big

>80 pushups

Nice. I wish I could put up big numbers on squat and deadlifts but my back always tells me to stop

Op here, is 80 pushups out of the ordinary? I went from 20 to 50 in about a month of doing them every day

Haven't done these since I got out of the Army, so probably like 10

25 minutes?

Tips anybody?

I'd say 80, if they are legit good form pushups, is pretty fucking extraordinary. Like 99th percentile.

My bowel told me to stop – because it popped out of my abs during a heavy squat.

>tfw hernia surgery in Canada takes ~3 years
>tfw no squats or deads until then

how can you do 40 pushups and not a single pullup. What the fuck

Lose weight
Are you memeing me? I didn't think 80 was that much

post your form. i've seen dyel bust out 60+ going like 120 degrees

I've done martial arts my whole life. I know proper pushups

mens-fitness-and-health.com/Pushup-Test.html

No way 80 push ups is that hard to do. My max 2 minute push up was 76, and I was operating at 70% that day.

97th percentile for my age. I do them every day, I doubt 97% of people do as many pushups as me. It makes sense

No offence but I can guarantee you weigh less than 150lbs if that's true.

Not him but I do 80 and weigh 175 at 5'10

I weighed 158 at the time of my pt test. I remember it because it's the only time I ever decided to give it "everything i had."
2 min sit ups: 80
2 min push ups: 76
2 mile: 12:5(something)

I don't know. I think I'm fucking up something. I used to be able to do at least 10 back in my senior year of high school, but my pullup game nowadays is bad.

I've seen martial artists, like any other category of person, do shitty pushups. Your 80 is likely bullshit.

I had my left leg broken and realigned, also a knee replacement kind of so I haven't been putting too much pressure on it. I'm still rehabing, hopefully I'll be up to speed soon :(

Anyone have any tips for deadlift? that seems to be the one that has been stalling the hardest

Haven't run a mile since I was like 10 so no idea. Can ride 20 miles with a 2k elevation gain in an 1:40:00ish though.

No. To people who never do pushups this may seem difficult, but muscular endurance is about progressive overload. Just like strength. Just like anaerobic training. Just like cardio.

>Asthma. Dashes are fine, anything long term and my throat tries to kill me. Last 1.5 mile was around 15 minutes and was mostly just walking iirc. Trying to fix anyways, going miserably.

I'm still looking into gyms, but the chains are way too expensive. Between the asthma, low-altitude vantage point, and completely obliterated left kneecap I got a long way to go to make it.
