But most importantly he was the first one that brought Albanians, tosk and ghegh all together, and created the unbreakable bond between them

A lot of socialist states made a big deal about celebrating different national heroes and civilizations regardless of religion or language. Communist Romania for instance cared a lot about the Dacians, who shared basically nothing with modern Romanians except genetics.
