Extra virgin olive oil or sunflower oil.

Butter isn't oil, and you can't cook at high temperatures with it.

Because he can't afford it.

I think he's trying to imply that you're retarded.

difference between corn oil and soybean oil

taste is the same?

But he's right

Bacon fat. Nothing better.

Anyone who cooks knows you can't cook with butter on high heat. It's smoking point is even lower than olive oil. That's why I use sunflower oil as well. I guess implying I'm retarded is just his way of trying to cover up the fact he can't cook.

You literally cannot unless you're using ghee.

a nonstick pan

Low heat: butter or olive oil
Medium to high heat: olive oil / lard / coconut oil / sunflower oil
If you are serious about cooking then you should be using a variety of oils

Butter, canola oil, grapeseed oil. EVOO for dressings or dips.

...

Soybean oil can give you gyno

Used to use olive oil, currently on rapeseed after reading about the benefits and have a tub of coconut oil in the cupboard to use when that runs out.

>processed vegetable oils
pure poison

extra virgin olive oil is what you use as a dressing. use normal olive oil for cooking because it has a higher smoking point

ghee is great

Rice bran oil for cooking
Olive oil for dressings

olive oil

Wow, thanks for the advice! It's not like I said I also use sunflower oil in my post!

You said you're using extra virgin olive oil sometimes for cooking which is what dumb fucking retards who don't understand cooking do

it doesn't matter if at other times you use rapeseed oil or take a big fucking shite in the pan before cooking you dumb fucker

Sunflower or safflower oil for lowfat default. Sometimes olive oil or butter/ghee

Nah, you're just a fucking idiot. Extra virgin olive oil is just fine for cooking with at low temperatures. I don't cover my raw veggies with oil. I put balsamic vinegar on salads. every professional chef would call you a fucking idiot for saying extra virgin olive oil isn't for cooking.

olive oil
sometimes coconut oil if I'm wanting that flavour(when doing chicken curry for example)

the rest is meme tier, but if you wanna deep fry some shit it kinda hurts me to use olive oil

>using oil to cook
If its really required i use butter

olive oil for low temperatures

rice bran high temperatures

coconut oil for curries/stir frys
