The office I work in provides some food, like there's fruits, nuts, dried fruits, clif bars, peanut butter pretzels, and other snacks. I pretty much only eat the fruits, nuts, and dried fruit for lunch and I have for nearly 3 years. I'm even more thrifty than people who bring in meals from home.
