Used to listen to music but lately I've been listening to podcasts instead. Keeps me more distracted and it's an opportunity to learn/hear about something interesting.
Jocko Podcast is good. It's difficult to feel like you're having a hard time on your run when you're listening to some guy talk about when he was tortured as a prisoner of war in Vietnam.
