I only eat lunch and dinner and I don't enjoy cooking so my go tos are

Chicken Burrito kind of like chipolte

Burger and fries from a local place
Brisket nachos
And then I can make real basic stuff like spaghetti or soup and sammys
Typing that out I realize it's all garbage but I'm 6'1 175-180lbs with a crazy fast metabolism

Breakfast eggs blended with peppers and bacon then fried

Lunch Navy beans with white rice and salsa

Pre work out a 200mg pill of caffeine


Dinner Skim milk, banana, cup of berries, peanut butter, creatine all blended together.

Not even broke anymore, I'm just used to eating like this. I take my girlfriend out for dinner once a week probably as well, so whatever we get there too.

How shit is my diet?

Breakfast is a smoothie. Unflavored whey, oats, egg whites, and spinach blended till smooth.

Lunch is a prepped meal. Slow cooked beef with side of broccoli and cheese

Dinner is also prepped meal. Chicken breast with side of broccoli and cheese.

Evening snack is usually plain greek yogurt with flavored whey.

Might have a protein bar or 2 depending on cravings.
