Maybe i did maybe i didn't. I did natty "lean bulk" two times and ended up fat both times and after both cuts i lost pretty much all size and strenght.

But not gaining any strength after 3 months of eating enough calories is not right.

Go to the doc and get your test levels checked. If they're very low you're fucked.

There are so called non-responders to weight training, even Riptip admitted that he had experienced them in his gym and he usually just calls everyone who doesn't make gains a faggot. However they don't actually not respond at all, just very badly. If you're literally not making any progress at all, you're either very physically sick or doing something very wrong. Try significantly increasing the volume if you're on SS for example. Recalculate your calories, etc. Fat can't appear out of nowhere. If you think you're maintaining but you're actually gaining fat, you're calculations were wrong.

Also 3 months is waaay too short for a proper bulk/cut cycle. Most programs don't even fully start until you're a month in. Try properly bulking with a sub100kcal surplus for a year.

Bullshit, ive cut for 4 months and lost about 22lbs and maintained all my strength.
You probably didn't eat enough protein and didn't focus on compounds

Non responders are an extreme rarity, significantly less than 1% of the population.

This is how i looked after my first cut as a natty. still had 1/2/3/4+ lifts, maybe lost around 10% overall strength. How long did you bulk? 3 months? I cut once a year for summer then do a slow bulk the rest.
