You're wrong. But you're probably small and weak.
Training volume translates to size. Guys who train 7x3 at 87.5% of max for squats and deadlifts don't hit half the volume I hit, and they're way stronger than me, but guess what, I have a bigger chest, bigger back, thicker quads and bigger arms than they do.
It's all irrelevant though because I know for a fact I'm bigger and stronger than you (unless you're a fatass, in which case I just have more lean mass and am still stronger than you).

Since you're already on SS you might just as well continue it until you stall. Then switch to a PPL or something if you want volume
