also I'm starting to get really anxious because I'm right up to the point where I am reaching my level of strenght I had back in november (I'm 5kg heavier), and back then I hit a wall, and could never go past it, having to deload and deload, and then caught the flu, started a job and it all went downhill
I had a 5 week long hiatus in april-may.
I hope 531 will continue to help me through what I think is a mental wall, it's been great so far.

One year in. Fell for the leg press meme the first 6 months. Felt good when my squat finally caught up with my bench. Cutting now so not too worried about hitting new PRs until it's over.

I strict OHP 260 standing or sitting. I also threw shot put for 6 years. I focused a lot on shoulder movements and exercise.

I'm trying to lose 8-12 pounds so these are from the day before I started cutting.

Deadlift going great, squat moving alright but my bench hasn't changed much in the past 3-4 months 1 yr in now. Don't care as much for OHP, I joined a powerlifting gym for the summer and I've been getting a lot of great tips and I think my bench is going to start getting up there now because my form broke down and I didn't recognize it when I started lifting heavier 6 months ago when I moved away from 8-12 scheme in favor of strength hoping it would move faster. I think I'm going to make it, maybe do a cut sometime before the year ends or next spring.
