I wanted to know your lifting stats.
For diet just buy the foods you see on the attached pics and learn to prepare them.
Do that for a bit and when you think you have a solid foundation you can cut.
But if you're a beginner and you program is on point you should be able to make gains while losing bodyfat if you eat well and do some cardio

Just lift for a while longer, build a strong base then worry about bulking or cutting. If you need to choose one go with bulking.

Yeah I cut down to around 170 and looked good, but my chest and arms needed some size. Delts and abs looked great tho, and chest looked good but small.
Can't change it unless I get limb lengthening surgery so I'll take what I got.
I actually really like being 5'8", i'm not midget tier short but I am also not extremely lanky so I can achieve my strength goals like planche in a relatively good amount of time, instead of spending 5 years to reach straddle planche.

I'm by no means an expert but after lifting for 6 or so years I only started working core as early as 4 months ago and the results have been phenomenal. I now do core every single day 6 exercises 3 sets each.

I worked out in 2013 a lot, and was about 68kg at 5'9", abs visible and some definition on shoulders/biceps/chest
Now I'm 82kg and much stronger after bulking a lot but look less good (abs are easy bait for girls)

Because he's squatting high. If somebody's squat is as high as their pull, it means shallow squats 95%of the time. There are some manlets with super short femurs, short humerus, and small hands that actually squat as much or more than they pull. And super fat squat specialist powerlifters. But not normally proportioned dudes pulling only 200 kilos.
