white rice is bad for you, you fucking retard

I got some stuff from Veeky Forums

...

...

>Pancakes
>Olive Oil

Nigger, what the fuck are you even doing?

How do these compare in taste to whole wheat pancakes?

Last time I used a whole wheat mix, they smelled like wet fucking dog.

why tough

Peanut oil all the way

>peanuts
>peas
>turkey
>fish
>whole milk
>lean ground beef
>fresh fruit
If this shit is legit, I can get fit pretty comfortably. How many calories should I be eating per day as a 6 foot 1 male?

peanut oil is for cucks
avocado oil all the way baby

I have to eat at my office cafeteria for lunch, calories aren't shown anywhere. What do?

But that's disgusting

Everytime I sneak on Veeky Forums to get recipes I only found fast-food thread or nothing interesting.

Kind of disappointed

Is this legit?

I like how you still had to get alcohol in there. HAHAHA

No it's not you fucking asswipe

I like this one, thank you very much.

I tried the avocado oil i didn't like it personally so i just substitute coconut oil for most things when i can.

Can you pack your own lunch and put it in a refrigerator or maybe a cooler with ice packs in a storage locker in case there are thieves there that would steal from the fridge, you know like Mexicans or Latin Americans? (not being racist but, come on).

I could bring something that doesn't need refrigeration, any ideas?

Anything that isn't meat can last long before going bad. I wouldn't risk eating meat that isn't refrigerated.

What's healthy and filling but not high in calories? I'm trying to cut but I don't know shit.

Personally, rice fills me like no other food but potatoes are also really good. Veggies are good to snack on when you get cravings.

Thanks

Good to see some actual recipes here, I remember when every recipe used to include "add 2 scoops of whey"

1 serving is 2 cups, which is only 436 calories, 12g fat, 58g carbs, and 22g protein. I just finished making this and it was delicious. Good for anons who are looking to lose weight and stay satiated longer.

>microwaving

enjoy your nonutrients

How is this even helpful? Even on a cut no one needs to eat less than 100 cal per meal

Is there a reason most of these include no cheese whatsoever?
It's macros are pretty godlike with light cheese being around 270cal per 100g and having ~35g protein.

Nah, it turns you into a Chinese

Bump

I've gotten 1/4 of my daily calorie intake today but only 1/8 of my protein goal. Does anyone have a list of high protein low calorie food?

Snack

>Greek Yogurt
>Whey scoops
>Cottage cheese
>Chicken Breast

>gum only 5 calories a stick
Fuck yeah, another thing I don't have to drop.

Thanks

How do people have trouble losing weight when there's so much low-calorie food?

what's with so much god damn salt in everything, is it this unavoidable

Nice broscience bro

When the microwave starts do the nutrients jump out of the bowl and run away?

Nice little ebook with good recipes.

how to use a gallon of milk

Part 1: make skyr
>boil a small amount of water (~50 mL) and set aside in a jar
>put a big dollop of skyr into another jar, set aside
>heat the milk to 190F, stirring frequently, then remove heat
>stir occasionally until the milk cools to 110F (takes ~1-2 hours)
>add milk to the skyr starter, shake it, and incorporate it
>add 10 drops rennet to the water jar, shake and incorporate
>cover the pot, wrap in a blankie, and let culture overnight
>cut and strain the curd until thick
yields: ~1.5-2 quarts each skyr and whey

Part 2: whey ideas
whey is essentially a probiotic water substitute. some various ideas:
>dissolve 2 tbs sea salt in 1c water, mix with 2-3c whey, and pour the brine over clean vegetables in a jar; ferment for 2 weeks, "burping" the jar after 2-3 days to remove excess CO2 buildup
>use in place of water for bread, pancakes, breaded tendies, and other similar foods
>use when making smoothies
>if you have a lot (~2 gallons), make whey cheese or butter
basically, you can use it in place of milk or water in almost any recipe. the more "hidden" in the food, the better. whey is somewhat disgusting in that it's pale green with the consistency of egg whites

I've been working out for 2-3 years. I was looking much worse compared to my current body. Can I progress much more "without" having to monitor my diet most of the time? Being able to eat out a meal a day for example, having omelette in the morning, chicken with dressings, salad etc for dinner.

Basically making smart choices while not thinking about my diet and working out 2-3 times a week?

I think I have a healthy - somewhat decent body but I'd like to get bigger - leaner.

Is it too much of an efford to maintain a bigger - leaner body?

Pic related. That's me right now. 182cm (6 Feet) - 83 Kilograms.

I try and make these every other day and I think they taste great. If you like how eggs and cheese taste in a bread-like delivery, this is for you. The flavor is subtle, try and find a topping to be paired with these. I use bananas and strawberry jam. They do come out thin. Don't use olive oil though, that's gross. I add a little bit more vanilla too.

Do cans of sardines have bones in them? I've only ever bought tinned fish one, it was salmon and appeared to have just been beheaded, gutten and stuffed into a can. Seeing the spine and bones crumbling into a mush turned my stomach and I didn't eat it.

I'm squirmish when it comes to food.

Where are you from? People in fishing communities have eaten fish like that since forever. If you want it on the bone here's what you do
>take a fish
>guy it
>put some garlic butter on one of those benihana grill things or something similar(the name escapes me right now)
>throw the fish on and grill it there until the skin looks crispy
Congratulations you've made Butter Yaki Fish
