I've actually talked with my doctor about eggs. He said 3 a day is perfectly fine, however if you're eating more than 3 every day for 6 months or more he recommended getting blood work done at the end of said 6 months.

i drink 2 cups of milk and eat half a dozen eggs a day and my last check up was fine. ignore everyone and their paranoia.

other good and cheap sources of protein
canned fish (sardines, mackerel, tuna)
grocery store chickens (they are like $5)
tilapia (the chicken breast of fish)
beans
yogurt
and if you really need to, get protein supplements like whey. i eat all the protein i need throughout the day (175-200g+) and dont supplement though.

Stay the fuck away from dairy, period. Too many hormones.

Switch to Almond milk. 2 Cups per day in the morn, with Orgain (vegan) protein powder. Eat more Quinoa or other plant-based sources of protein throughout the day. You'll cut/bulk simultaneously if you do it right.

Do not eat more chicken (hormones/cholesterol/cancer).
Do not eat more red meat (cholesterol/calories/cancer).
Do not eat more salmon (China food imports).
Do not eat more eggs (cholesterol and cancer causing casein).
