You sure? Maybe it's the dark pic and extended arm but to me you appear to have long insertions. Short insertions have a better peak but look smaller in a t-shirt, so don't wear very long sleeves.

I'm I've been using 5/3/1 for my main compound lifts .ie Bench, Squat, OHP and Diddly, then just some accessories on a Push(Chest/Tris) Pull(Back/Bis) and Legs and shoulders.

Just keep at it I suppose, I usually do two press related movements and two flys for chest. Flat Bench 5/3/1, Fly movement 8-12x3,Incline Press 8-12x3, Fly Movement 8-12x3.
