jump·ing jack
ˈjəmpiNG ˌjak/
noun
plural noun: jumping jacks
1.
a calisthenic jump done from a standing position with legs together and arms at the sides to a position with the legs apart and the arms over the head.
Dips make all my sternum cartilidge explode. I'm a fatass and also untrained. what exercises should I progress through to build strength up to dips?
You don't. Getting stronger doesn't fix this. Your cartilage is too fucked to do dips now. Maybe try when you're 30. I was doing reps with 90 lbs below parallel when I snapped up my cartilage. I still get sternum pain benching sometimes. Don't push it. Dips are a magic chest snapping movement for some people. If you have sternum pain when doing dips, stop doing them. It doesn't get better as you get strong. You just get injured eventually and can train chest for a long time. Work around it.
Is this true? It never fucking recovers?
Stupid weaklings.
I do a Murph every day.
1 mile run
100 pushups
100 chinups
100 sit ups
100 squats
1 mile run
Chest cable flies 4 × 15
Dumbell Incline Press 3 x 6, 8, 10, 12
Flat bench barbell 3 x 10, 12, 8
Pushups 4 x 20
EVERY, SINGLE, DAY
> I do a murph everyday
Well clearly you dont, and have never done one, because a murph is:
> 1 mile run
> 100 pull ups
> 200 push ups
> 300 squats
> 1 mile run
> all whilst wearing/carrying 10kg extra weight
10k might take awhile can i do a 5k?
kek
That doesn't sound too bad. At least I can go home to my air conditioning after a run.
>300 squats
for what purpose
why are you asking permission from some random person on the internet? just do 5 if you don't have the time / want to do 10
Dips are actually very dangerous. That doesn't make it redpilled it makes it bluepilled.
Wouldn't that fuck up your joins really badly though? 70 kilometers a week is fucking insane
Kipping pullups don't count though
