Yes.

Vegetarian... why? WHY? Are you some kind of pagan shit or something?

No. It was the best way I could think of to bring my numbers down.

It worked on Cholesterol. All back to normal. But my triglycerides still through the roof and my hdl is still low. Can only fix that with exercise.

I have kids. Can't die yet

maybe because he was about to have a massive heart attack?

Have you been tracking your macros? Are you still hitting your calorie alottment? It can be hard to cram it all in on a vegetarian diet. But if i had to guess, i'd say you arent eating enough. Malnutrition kills boners

>Going Vegetarian because "muh heart"
You Americans are so fucking stupid, it's a wonder you haven't collectively killed yourself.

Why in the HELL would a vegetarian diet improve your heart health? All those vegans and vegetarians dying of heart attacks and that doesn't tell you anything? Man... I'm out... enough Veeky Forums for today.

Probably not getting enough nutrietns.

Usual diet is brown rice and fruit cereal and peanut butter, kale, fruit smoothie for breakfast.

Lentils, Brown Rice, veggies, hummus, and pasta for lunch

Something like eggplant, sweet potatoes, rice for dinner

and multi vitamins everyday.

Also, gluten and dairy free.

My plan is to introduce chicken and fish back in on gym days and monitor for a month.

Because every goddamn report and documentary out there has a report and documentary saying the exact opposite thing so I said fuck it. I'm just going to do something, even if it's wrong

My doc said I should have had a heart attack just walking from my car to her office. That's how fucked I was. After 6 months, have only been able to bring my Triglycerides down from 575 to 375 and I lost my dick in the process

Just from reading the wikipedia page on tryglicerides:
>Diets high in refined carbohydrates, with carbohydrates accounting for more than 60% of the total energy intake, can increase triglyceride levels.
Vegetables and fruit are almost entirely carbs with the exception of legumes and shit.
What has been keeping you from trying out chicken and fish?

Do cardio, go swimming/running/cycling, meditate (either focus on respiration or on a candle in the dark) and lurk into intermediate fasting.

Vegetarianism is a fucking meme, there is nothing wrong with meat, the problem is most likely sugar and fat.

I wanted a solid baseline to work from. I wanted to give the vegetarian diet 6 months and see how I felt and what my numbers were.

Now that I'm no longer a man, I've decided to start adding things back in and monitor.

I see, good job on following the diet for so long.

ignore what everybody else has said
>body fat sub 15%
>eating enough fat and calories
>supplement zinc
>supplement l arginine
>supplement vit D
>supplement tribulis
>do cardio
>stop being a fucking vegan and count macros
if you are, stop taking ephedrine or any other vasoconstrictors because they reduce blood flow and give you ED

if all this fails, which 99% chance won't (those supplements will put your sex drive though the roof) pin test

stop worrying about it. it might be psychological. I know those supplements alone turned me into a sex craved fucking monster. I actually had to stop tribulis because I kept needing to stick my dick in girls over and over and over. nothing would satisfy me. it took over my life

>Did I just piss away 6 months
sounds like it, but not because of avoiding meat. is it possible youre working too hard at the gym and your macros arent meeting your recovery needs?

also remember cholesterol is an essential precursor to testosterone so if youre not getting the fats you need then youll become

That's a trap, yes? I can't tell anymore goddammit

If you don't want to die OP, don't just follow a post's advice on here but research any advice you get.
My advice?
Count calories.
Go at a 500-1000 calorie deficit and look up/ask doctor what macros you should be hitting.
My bet is you have to reduce carbs by quite a bit, protein is good for gym and fat is good for hormones=sex drive.
Good luck man, I know counting calories seems tedious but after week 2 it's second nature.
It will also tell you exactly how much cholesterol you are getting and whatnot.

Also I'm not one personally but pescotarian always seemed to be masterrace to me, eat some green veggies and fish for them fat and protein gains.

starches, beans, and lentils ARE starches.

I don't mind counting calories if it means I get results from the gym and get my dick working again. Appreciate the advice.

I meant simple carbs like potatoes, bread, shit like that.

Go to a testosterone clinic (NOT a general endo), get a full panel done. Sounds like your T is in the gutter.

It's a possibility. I'm going to up my protein and fat before I try that .

At your age it would be a smart move even if you weren't showing symptoms. I'm 33 and will start going in my late 30s. There's no reason not to get checked, you'd be suffering needlessly if it's something as simple as low test.

But yes, absolutely get some fat and protein back in your diet. Also make sure your sleep is on point, you're getting adequate sunlight exposure daily, get your omega 3s up, and be part of something social, be it a church, adult sports league, activity/interest group, anything.

You legitimately might be suffering from depression, user
