Fuck, it took a lot of time for someone to make a new thread.

keep the fight, lads

Not fat but just wanna say I miss being fat

Idk, I miss being hair and fat and sitting at my Xbox all day

:(

So earlier I was eating, as happens occasionally.
Near the end of the meal I felt full and hungry at the same time, is that even supposed to happen? Felt weird.

Eat slower

If I ate any slower, I'd still be eating right now tbqh.

you can also be ripped and sit on your xbox all day. whats the advantage of being fat here ?

I have to workout and maintain my body
Also I feel a lot more self conscious now

I hate my body more than I ever have in my life
Plus I hate my stretch marks I got from lifting and not even being fat ffs

there is always gonna be darkness before you reach the light at the end of the tunnel.

back then you didnt realise your flaws as much, you were delusional and ignorant, now you have realised how far you still have to go. sure it might overwhelm you right in this moment but once you are there it will have been worth it.

And stretch marks arent really a big deal, I had a bunch of them on my arms and back and they fade pretty quickly and arent really visible anymore. its just you being self concious, other people dont care trust me.

does diet soda really make you fat? i heard someone say that it takes the fake sugar from the soda and converts into calories anyways.

I've been lifting since I turned 14, I'm 18 now, have deep red stretch marks over both my arms, both triceps and biceps (worse of biceps)
I literally can't do anything about it.
I don't mind the ones on my ass and hamstrings, or even my back

But the one thing I had going for me is ruined by deep red stretch marks covering almost half the entire bicep.
I've had them 2 years and they only gotten deeper and redder and thicker.

I also don't even like how I look. I basically just do lifts I enjoy at this point, and stopped caring about bodybuilding or anything. Just getting stronger and stuff cause I hate my body anyway.

it just makes you crave sweet things

makes you fat
causes cancer
causes erectile dysfunction
one time i couldn't find any diet soda, so I just ate honey out of a jar like winnie the pooh
whenever you order a diet soda you can see waiters/cashiers doing that "of course YOU want that" face
causes diabetes
destroys teeth enamel and eventually entire teeth
weakens bones
makes people lose their trust in you

I fixed my forward head posture and it made my jaw look worse

figure out the reason why you have them, maybe go see a doctor about them and get advice. there are definitely things you can do against that, I think zinc is good for that sort of stuff and also a lot of other shit can help, do your research.

Once you have found the cause and it doesnt get worse anymore they will heal and then fade, the problem is currently you just seem to make them worse and worse instead of trying to fix them.

hating your body is not healthy, you have your best lifting years ahead of you so dont give up. depending on how fast your body develops you might still not have reached your testosterone peak so from here on out your body still has a ton of potential. the lifting years when you are 14-16 dont really amount to much if you are natty so dont feel so down on yourself for looking average with 4y of lifting. it doesnt work that way, 4y of lifting in your twenties are gonna put a hell of a lot more muscle on you than 4y from 14-18. So dont be so down on yourself, a lot of this might also just be in your head.

It's surprisingly common, why do you think so many meathead get tattoos? To cover their stretchmarks

I literally went to a doctor in desperation this week, he said there is nothing I can do, not even laser surgery for the deep marks I have. He said it would take "many, many years for them to fade".

I am currently cutting and trying to get to as low as a body fat as possible and stay there. Its cause I was 60kg when I started lifting and 100kg at 18, that's why I got them, through lifitng.

I appreciate the last paragraph a lot. I have been very very upset with my progression. Very upset. And I have seen a lot of other people my age, lift less years than me, and a lot bigger than me without any stretch marks. I've felt nothing but small, weak and disgusting.

I don't want one though...

you shouldn't be drinking soda period

if you need some sort of stimulating soft drink just use seltzer water

1720 calories consumed today
5'6'' male at 27,199 lbs
is this good?

It seems like losing multiple pounds a week isn't gonna be happening for me anymore unless I go insane with restricting calories. I know its common knowledge that it gets tougher to lose weight the closer you are to your goal weight but this is hell.

Yes

no this is normal and healthy

I'm i was consuming 1500cal and my lifts at the gym suffered, I was feeling slow and so lethargic that I almost got into accidents due to lack of food and I work out pretty hard. 1780 is my magic number because my lifts are strong and I'm feeling energized. I was losing 2lbs a week but it put too much stress on my body, my eyes had Soros bags

Stop eating.

Started doing a PSMF gone super bloated, I don't think I've ever been bloated

Thanks for the great wojaks /fat/ you're all gonna make it.

>when the qt at the gym says "hi" and it's the highlight of your day

>overdose on water
>body literally pisses out what it doesn't need
>overdose on food
>body stores it for use later (later being never)

How is this fair?

Human bodies are terribly inefficient at just about everything.

>eat 20 000kcal
>dumbass body stores all of it as fat :^)
>have to fast for 10 days to lose it
WOW

>27,199 lbs
How are you alive?

MOAR OF THIS!

>feeling hungry
>eat some fruit
>still feel hungry
>drink half a gallon of water
>not hungry anymore
>now I feel like throwing up

I'm just gonna go to bed my body has been a total asshole to me today.

>How are you alive?
what do you mean?

do we want be the guy or the girl??

how to make broccoli taste not liek shit?

6' 184, looking to be 160-165 fast as possible.

Been reading that you can easy do it on 1200 cal a day with high protein to spare muscle in a month, with HIIT and strength training.

If you have the willpower it's fully possible isn't it?
I'm not too concerned about health effects, I know how to supp vitamins and shit.

MFP says I'd be 159lb in 5 weeks

>1720 calories consumed today
>5'6'' male
5'10''/178cm 77kg here and i've been doing 1000kcal for 9 days, it's not that bad, just pick right what you eat.

Or at least do 1500kcal max daily. I think 1750 for your height seems kind too much, but could be wrong.

Anyone knows who makes these awesome fat guy /fat/ general images? I'd like to see them all.

27 years old, 199lbs.

don't eat it...

Butter and salt

eat mc Flurry instead. But just once per day maximum.

2 in a month it's okay?

you'll feel like shit user, you won't be able to focus

>about 400 calories under my TDEE
It's not ideal but it's something

Guys, join the /fat/ discord
We have a lively community of faggots here: discord.gg/fqrR7Cv

he thinks you weigh 27 thousand pounds

Butter and salt you fat fuck. Eat it first in your meal as well, makes it easier.

in oven with garlic and oregano fuck these retards saying butter and salt, don't make a healthy food unhealthy

>in oven with garlic and oregano
minced garlic? powered garlic? whole cloves? I don't like oregano though, pepper a good supplement?

>Its cause I was 60kg when I started lifting and 100kg at 18, that's why I got them, through lifitng.
>100 kg
I got my stretch marks from being fat (peaked at 96 kg, about 2 years ago, then maintained ~85 kg for two years), chances are, you got yours from being fat too, and not from lifting. Here's the good news: I'm 73 kg now, and mine have faded, so they aren't red anymore, yours will probably fade too some time after you've reached a healthy weight. But even if they don't, who gives a shit, they are fucking stretch marks, if you have a good body, they will make you look 5% worse at worst.
Also, post pic about the stretch mark covering half your bicep, that sounds strange (although I guess my stretch marks technically cover the inner half of my bicep too).

>Butter and salt is unhealthy
No wonder you're a fat fuck and won't eat broccoli.

Garlic powder and onion powder are a wonderful mix. Also, lemon is a good dressing.

>farmer's market sells organic broccoli 4lbs for 5 bux

I'm getting 5 dollars worth of that then 2 packs of chicken breasts, peanut butter, and oatz/beans for carbs. eating healthy is easy

Eat it raw, but then your body can't get all the nutrients, so the best option is replacing it with a similarly nutritious vegetable that you actually like. Butter and salt seems retarded (assuming it's not a funny joke I didn't get), because overdosing on salt is unhealthy, and you don't want to lose weight at the cost of making your diet more unhealthy in another way.

>look at myself in the mirror
>"wow, what the fuck, did I get fatter?"
>make a video of myself naked to see what's going on
>I actually lost weight

What the fuck, bros?

>butter and salt to eat broccoli instead of just steaming it with garlic

Why is /fat/ so dumb?

>tfw just dead lifted 270

a month ago i could hardly do 1 pl8

Fell off the wagon at the beginning of this year. Want to try again to get Veeky Forums.

Would it be safe if I were to fast just before I get started on chicken+broccoli, ad infinitum? If so, how long should I go without eating? 1 day? 3 days? Can I just drink water the whole time?

I'm in japan, and the cute trainer saw me squatting. As I was resting between sets she showed me the bin full of padded cuffs for your neck and put one on the me.

Shit was kawaii as fuck.

*The bar for me

>tfw no qt Japanese gf

...

anyone want to report their fuck-ups? I'll start. I had a medium order of chicken wings today and instantly regretted it. Even though im within my calorie limit i still feel like shit. First time i've done anything that since i started. Have lost 30 pounds so far, back on the horse tomorrow. One meal won't kill my cut, it was a mistake and now i've learned from it

Fasting is too hard. I try to do 24 hour fasts and I just can't make it. I'm only eating 1500 calories or less per day as it is.

I felt very hungry today, but ultimately didn't give in, and didn't fuck up my OMAD schedule, which feels pretty good. I did eat at maintenance yesterday tho, even though I didn't want to. I also planned on starting running, but haven't started it so far, because I was busy doing a diy project.

That's shitty advice though, for real, as is "eat less exercise more" which my father said for years.

Actual ,successful weight loss and lifestyle change requires education. Don't just try to eat less, learn how much less and why. Then you can make it.

>girl
It's gay porn, user

>doing good, still have 800 calories left for dinner
>mom made spaghetti

>Tfw have a hard time getting over 1000 kcal/day now
I think I'm getting depressed because I've lost so much but have so much more to go and realized how bad I let myself go

Anorexia is a gains trap, don't fall into it. Take your time.

should I be taking a multi vitamin

Probably. It can be a cheap one or gummy if you are a puss

so i guess ive made it

lost 120 lbs, got some loose skin but big muscles and some definition for abs. probably sitting around 15% bodyfat.

lifts are .75/1.25/2.5/3.5 all attained with the cut. mile is like 8m 45s right now.

what do I do now? eat at maintenance?
i'm going to keep lifting and running, keep my routine but like... what should my macro spread be? should I aim for recomp for what little fat is left? should i try to get to 10%?

what thread do i go to now?

Good for you staying strong, user. I will use your example as inspiration the next time chix wings call my name. To be honest, i didn't even feel good afterwards. I feel better when i eat something healthy and know that it's not horrible for me and low in calories.

Congrats man.

I can't answer your questions, but maybe start in QTDDTOT.

Personally, I'd want to get my bf% as low as I reasonably could before bulking to try to burn off any excess fat that might be clinging to skin, but I don't actually know if that's the best way to go.

23 male, Lost 80 pounds down to !350lbs started really turning my life around.
Problem is I've basically fallen off the wagon and have fuck all impulse control now.
Diet soda used to be my crutch but now I just eat like shit with diet soda.
I've been able to maintain 350 but I really have so much more to go that I'm terrified of staying here for long.

>1 can of tuna and 1 can of kipper snacks at 5 PM for lunch
>1 muscle milk after workout
>1 shake made of skim milk, spinach, kale, banana for breakfast
>1 americano espresso around 10 for appetite control
Pretty sure I went over my limit today.

I had my best week ever last week, and zero progress this week. Frustrating, but I know I'm still on track.

How do I know if my body is absorbing all my protein without shitting it out?

Maintaining is better than gaining

I'm doing about the same macros and activities you described at 1400, I would suggest gradually stepping down from your current cut/maintenance diet.

Try this: Don't eat anything after 9 at night or before 9 in the morning. There, you're fasting 12 hours a day. Literally half-assing it but better than nothing especially when combined with morning cardio.

>got some loose skin

I lost more than 50 lbs in 2 years and I have some pretty ugly loose skin on the belly, especially when I doing the plank exercise.

As long as I have loose skin, I'm cutting.

What are your real-life stats?

>Get down to 64kg/141lb
>5 foot 7
>Still fat
>Been lifting and doing cardio

started a month or so ago, down 11 pounds. I want to accelerate this but am having a hard time cutting down from 2000cals a day. I think I just need to eat more broccoli or veggies with little carbs to fill up on

sorry, for april-june i was the one in charge creating new threads in the morning. i have already made it and going back sometimes just reminds me how much years i have wasted being fat.

>tfw normie bmi
>tfw aesthetic in the outside fattie in the inside
>tfw im not sure if making it was worth it

Anyone lose motivation when they're close to their goal?
only have 2kg left until my goal, down 23kg overall, but i just can't find as much discipline as i used to have

i done 100 pushups

Is restricting calories the only way to lose weight? Seems like there's a new meme diet every week that'll fuck up your health in one way or the other.

How do you not feel hungry all the time if you're restricting calories? Just chew on carrots constantly?

Eating less than your body consumes is the only way to lose weight.
You get used to it very quickly

I'm not looking to lose weight, I'm just trying to find out how it actually works since there's conflicting information about it everywhere.

That's the only way to lose weight.
Other stuff like keto, paleo, IF, weightwatchers etc, are just different ways of doing it.

Drank 24 oz of various craft beers today with a normie friend.

I feel like shit so I'm never doing this again, but how the hell do I track this in MFP?

I'm sure there are brands of beer listed. If you can't track the individual brands, just choose one. It's ballpark but it's better than nothing.

>Mom's birthday
>decide to have cake my cheat meal
>start feeling sick
>can't hold it in anymore
>puke it all out
Does that mean today's cheat meal didn't count?

I just decided to count it all as stout since some of it was stout. I suppose it could have been worse, and it may have been worse than what I see.

Stop fasting.

should I cut at 1700 calories or doing PSMF ? can anyone give me the cons and pros?
