I rock climb and I did weighted pull up for about 6 months and they literally go me no where. You should just stop doing them

I was up to 75 pound chins a year ago. Stopped doing them for whatever reason.

Meanwhile I did 3 sets of 20 60 pound db rows to the hips yesterday and my lats have never been more sore.

Chins never seemed to grow my lats but I'm hoping these rows do it. Been on a huge back kick lately when I can get workouts in.
