Start SS

>start SS
>get huge thighs and gluts
>6'3" 260lb
>go to amusement park in Chicago
>easily fit in one of seats but cannot place the harness down all the way
>have to frantically remove all the shit in my pockets to even BARELY get it to click

goddamnit I just wanted a nice chest and good calves.

Who else fell for the >SS meme

Only people who dislike ss are fatties who didnt realize they didnt need to bulk

MARK CLAIMS ANOTHER

This is what you get when you do SS right.

Is SS really that bad?
I'm like 2 months in and my body isn't that disproportioned yet.
I'm enjoying the juiccy thighs though

>complaining about aesthetics after doing a STARTING program for a few months

I'm not OP, m8.

Op here. I like the gains from starting strength, but I feel like my chest + shoulders are lacking compared to my thighs and supple ass.

I do bench/OHP first so I can go all out before doing squats, for a bit more upper body gains.

I also do sets of pullups to failure at the end of each workout.

Of course you have to be if you do dl/squats twice a week and workout 3 days a week

>6'3 260lbs
>on SS

You're just fat as fuck.

You should probably stop eating so much fatty

I started at 285 and I fit in that seat just fine. I have stopped eating too much, but yeah I probably should cut more.

What should I be on if not SS/ICF?

>285, i fit in that seat just fine
>i wouldn't have this problem if i hadn't started SS and gone down to 260

what are you confused about? I worked at the amusement park a couple months ago when I was even worse, 25 lbs Lardier, and I put the harness down with ease. The seat was tight as hell though. Now, the problem is reversed.

Are you retarded?

>I lost weight
>now i cant fit into that seat

post glutes

Not OP but Can you just say what you mean besides just saying things that are obvious and attaching them to a loosely fitting reaction gif

Goddammit, dude.
He means his thighs are too big for the harness to close, he fits in the seat.

...
