I cut out dairy for about 3 months. Did almond and silk shit. Counted calories. Stayed the same weight.
I've been back on dairy for 2 weeks and I'm already up 6 pounds. Face looks kinda shitty, back is worse, but gains are actually possible.

Take zinc before bed instead

if youre getting acne u have a bacteria problem, i had a persistent athletes foot/ skin peeling and with prescription it went away and came back but i got roots and herb supplement for anti fungal, anti yeast ect eat those daily so my foot is healed after a week taking those - u should try the same and it also helps with food absorption since u dont have vampire bacteria in ur colon siphoning away ur gains

Peanut butter (get the natural stuff that's almost entirely peanut butter), jam/jelly (get what you like here desu) on your favourite healthy bread (not wonder white basically).

Slice up some bananas in it as well for added calories and good mcronutrients.

Eat what you're eating currently and add this DAILY.

Also there are pea and rice based whey substitutes. Look into them.

How about pizza or spaghetti? Why are these always overlooked when bulking? I'm lactose intolerant but I could easily eat 2x my tdee in pizza everyday, same goes with spaghetti.
