Currently eating a 10 egg omelette made from large eggs.

I underestimated how much omelette would be produced but I aint even mad.

I'm kinda broke so so far I've only eaten a four egg omlette with spinach and two servings of bella mushrooms covered in cayenne and habenero hot sauce. Cooked it in olive oil and then for additional protein I ate a shitty protein bar I got forever ago (it's only shitty cuz it has a fuckload of sugar in it but I never eat sugar so it should be fine for today)

550 calories, 27 gs of carbs, 48 gs of protein all in all. Not bad since I'm on a cut but I'm going to the store in a little bit to get something better for my second meal. I try to only eat once or twice a day in a 4-6 hour window myself

Just ate some pink beans with broccoli, carrots, onions, and a sweet potato.

Also had 7 (((((activated))))) almonds.

On 1000T/week 2mlTren/week eating 4000kcal and still losing BF and getting Gainz.

Had steak, 12eggs,3xchicken breast with 5potatoes and 3 proteinsmoothies 2day so far.

Going to pump up kcal to 4500 next week becuse doing 40Dboll/day for 40days.

Still shredded as fuck.

IBS sufferer here, potatoes are the only thing I can eat without shitting my insides out. Carbs pretty much fueled from that and fruit.
