Ban all threads that are not specifically related to fitness
There are FIVE vegan threads on Veeky Forums right now. What does being vegan have to do with physical fitness? Absolutely nothing.
Keto I understand. Keto produces human growth hormones due to the lack of insulin in the blood stream. Keto is helpful to those who want to lose weight and gain muscle.
A vegan diet has absolutely nothing to do work fitness
Also ban people asking questions that can be answered by the sticky
Vegan shilling, TFW no GF threads and every one even slightly resembling it Height threads Steroid threads Obvious SS/SL shilling threads Thinly veiled porn threads Obvious false flag racism and sexism threads
Brandon Rivera
>steroid threads I don't even do roids but at least give the thiccbois a containment thread
Jordan Lee
Lost me with the >Steroid threads >Obvious SS/SL shilling threads >Obvious false flag racism and sexism threads Everything else is 10/10 deserves to be banned
Xavier Jackson
I'm not vegan, but it's a lifestyle that's associated with health and fitness. I don't understand why it should be banned
As, above, don't do steroids, but they are associated with bodybuilding and fitness etc etc
Brody Gutierrez
>health and fitness Is this board named health and fitness? Or is this board named fitness?
There's a reason why moot renamed this board to just fitness
Noah Hughes
I think you're being a bit pedantic and autistically obsessing over the definitions of words here
Aaron Lopez
Read the OP again
Being vegan has nothing to do with fitness. Vegan nutrition? Sure. I'll be glad to offer advice. Being vegan? Nope. Everything about being vegan probably deserves to be put in Veeky Forums.
Carson Gray
Have boogie threads been banned? Haven't seen one in a while
Camden Cox
>Being vegan has nothing to do with fitness >Vegan nutrition is to do with fitness
Are the vegan threads going on about vegan clothing instead of food or something?
Jose Lee
Veganism is optimal for fitness and keto is not.
Prove me wrong. Protip: you cannot because science isn't there yet, so all ypu can do is discuss theories.
So shut up you fucking newfag piece of shit, you don't even know that this board was health and fitness for years, and the health part was removed because it was excessive, fitness isn't lifting or the fitness industry, fitness has an actual definition beyond the context which you've first heard it (ie. following the word planet in the name of your fucking gym)
Aaron Lopez
fuck off newfag Veeky Forums always has been this way and always will be until the end of time
Kayden Rogers
Vegan nutrition is >how do i get enough iron in a vegan diet to optimize for training? Easy google-able question but easy answer. Shows interest in getting better for training and hence fitness related
>Why haven't you gone to a plant-based diet yet? Not related to fitness in any way shape or form
>Protip: you cannot because science isn't there yet, so all ypu can do is discuss theories. I did in the OP. Keto is linked with higher levels of human growth hormone. Being vegan is linked to higher levels of being a pussy >you don't even know that this board was health and fitness for years, and the health part was removed because it was excessive The health part was removed because fitness and health have nothing to do with each other Fitness is pinning steroids to get swole. Health is posting dick pics to ask people if it looks infected >fitness isn't lifting or the fitness industry Objectively wrong
Jaxson Sanders
This is pretty on point. I don't really like the glut of vegan threads, but a lot of them are legitimately fitness related and should be allowed.
Evan Flores
veganism recently only started to get shilled with the advent of that "What the health" video, which was made by a fucking kike.
There are also rumors that reddits veganism subreddit thing was behind the increased shilling.
Well shilling is happening, the vegan spam is a real thing. Perhaps one of these threads would be okayed, but these shills follow very similar patterns of shills that one can detect on other boards. They use different standpoints for each different thread, pretending to be other people. Trying to manipulate the interest in this topic with fake consensus as well.
That is not in line with this board and we do not want you people here. Since you shilled so much and detracted from this board it would be more fair to simply ban you guys for a couple of weeks, and then, maybe then just allow one miserable fucking thread for you to be contained in.
Cooper Scott
These containment threads for meta shitposting are perceived as a sort of exception to the general rules. These threads are never constructive, just a list of "ban this thing, it triggers me". These threads just become echo chambers for unwarranted opinions and disgusting attempts at reddit-tier circlejerking. Meta threads are a mistake.
Blake Flores
You've literally done nothing to address the concern of what is related to Veeky Forums and what is not
There are just some things that don't belong here. Political vegans are one. Health vegans, okay, I see your argument, but I don't agree with it. People who want to train as a vegan? Veeky Forums related 100%
Carson Perez
The "feels" thread, the height threads, the instagram sluts threads, the racist threads, the martial arts threads, the boogie threads, the "redpill" threads, the "how do i into" threads ... So yeah, everything unrelated to fitness & weightlifting ... One can still dream of a better board, right?
Carson Miller
There are a lot of bodybuilding, pussy and grills and looks and other threads not related to fitness too.
More than 99.9% of this board is cancer.
William Reyes
so you want Veeky Forums to lose any resemblance of humor, character, etc
Levi Brown
I have not laughed at anything on this board for months
Ethan Brooks
Kek that pic Okay, let's see >Legs Klokov >arms Rich >pecs and face Scoobert >That faggot hair Jeff? No idea >traps are those even traps or just smudge tool? No idea >torso I want to say Greg Plitt, but he was a bit less V and more fridge. Dunno.
Can someone tell which ones I didn't get?
Jack Richardson
>There's a reason why moot renamed this board to just fitness Because of the /feel/ threads, you moron, not because of diet threads.
Easton Ross
>hurrr durr veganism is a eme >but keto is totally good guys >using the 1 allowed metathread to shill keto fuck you
Carson Garcia
>There are FIVE vegan threads on Veeky Forums right now. I put on a filter for "vegan" at the top and the only thread that it moved was this Though there HAVE been days where there are 10+ vegan threads up at a time and it's annoying. If any vegan is reading this, please use ctrl+F at the catalog, thanks >What does being vegan have to do with physical fitness? Absolutely nothing. Vegan nutrition is healthy for your heart, it's not that far of a reach. A lot of this board runs, vegan diets are optimal for them. And roiders who already tax their liver and heart wouldn't lose by moving towards plant based. >Keto I understand. Keto produces human growth hormones due to the lack of insulin in the blood stream. Keto is helpful to those who want to lose weight and gain muscle. Jesus Christ the broscience Is this bait? If not, you are clearly biased. Keto is terrible for heart health, and it's only "good" for cutting, it's absolutely terrible for gaining muscle. "Good" in quotes because you lose weight by caloric restriction only, and all keto does is help restrict calories. And ditching oats from your morning meal definitely doesn't produce HGH, lol >A vegan diet has absolutely nothing to do work fitness "fitness /ˈfJtnəs/ noun: fitness 1. the condition of being physically fit and healthy. 'disease and lack of fitness are closely related'" I'd say veganism fits "fitness" more than keto does, you are confusing "fitness" with "hedonism". Nothing wrong with hedonism, I'm with you, I'm just saying >Also ban people asking questions that can be answered by the sticky QTDDTOT exists for a reason, sticky is shit and outdated. FWIW the r/fitness wiki is way better than the sticky. >Vegan shilling, Nothing wrong with "plant based nutrition" threads. It has its benefits. >Obvious SS/SL shilling threads Literally nothing wrong with circlejerking over training routines unless you want the entire board to go. How new are you? Agree with the rest btw
Jeremiah Stewart
>steroid threads You serious? That's extremely relevant to Veeky Forums and the topic of fitness. Not off topic. >Obvious false flag racism and sexism threads Oh I see you're a cuckold. That explains your hate of steroids.
Landon Bell
>There's a reason why moot renamed this board to just fitness Yes, because people used it for dick health threads and stuff you should be asking your doctor instead of anonymous rare frog trading enthusiasts >Vegan nutrition is >how do i get enough iron in a vegan diet to optimize for training? The same can be said about keto "How do I lower my cholesterol? My doctor said it's too high, even though I lost 20 kg" You are clearly biased >>Why haven't you gone to a plant-based diet yet? >Not related to fitness in any way shape or form It's a vegan nutrition thread, it doesn't discuss seal and whale and chicken and whatnot welfare, it's perfectly ok, you are biased > Keto is linked with higher levels of human growth hormone. lol >Being vegan is linked to higher levels of being a pussy And also to lower risks of cancer, diabetes, ischemic heart disease, stroke etc. You are clearly biased. Lol, did a vegan feed your girl soy sausages or something? >fitness isn't lifting or the fitness industry >Objectively wrong Objectively wrong, shut up, you don't know what you're talking about.

Veganism and any other diets in general are directly fitness related. What you eat impacts your fitness.
Alexander Nelson
Fitness is the condition of being physically fit and healthy.
Rousing threads should be banned by default. Shrinking your balls and ruining your heart =/ fit.
Owen Torres
>BAN FAT FETISH THREADS
Bentley Jackson
>ie. following the word planet in the name of your fucking gym
Michael Jackson
These things will be banned and removed when all the newshits constantly flooding learn they have to report it. These threads would probably be the best way to achieve this. The biggest cancers seem to be /r9k/ and /adv/.
Justin Anderson
>>There are also rumors that reddits veganism subreddit thing was behind the increased shilling. No, it was Mickey Mouse who done it! You paranoid fuck. Post proof any time.
Michael Peterson
Are DNP threads pruned?
Ryder Hill
We have containment threads for fitness questions on the fitness board called "questions that don't deserve their own thread". Enough said.

VG's logic can npt be trumped. The best you can do is petty little ad hom attacks.
Austin Phillips
While I agree that the quality of posting has gone down after I came back from a few years hiatus, all of those kinds of threads are what make this place feel like home. Doing what you suggest would kill the board.
Alexander Adams
What the health shill threads. Vegan bait threads (non bait threads should be allowed). Boogie threads (unless he dies in which case we have a megathread for a week or so in which we celebrate). Height threads.
Steroid threads are fine
Brayden Gray
By the power of strong logic he managed to get a 185 bench after 8 years of lifting. Truly astonishing vegan strength, raw and powerful.

/pol/ shit in Veeky Forums
They pick a new board to raid every summer, wish they'd stick to /x/
Justin Hernandez
bump I bet you my dick 50% of the users don't know where the report and hide buttons are or what is a filter, and of the other 50%, 80% don't use them
Ian Perez
This is why we used to just invade other forums in response, 4channers never struck the first blow even before the raid rules went into effect.
Chase Brown
Having your opinion echoed by peers /= an echo chamber. People must not agree with you very much if you think so.
Grayson Russell
There were 11 vegan threads up the other day. Eleven.
Benjamin Parker
Posters should just be required to post pics of their body when they say anything controversial about fitness. It would help filter out all the vegan threads.
Leo Robinson
Really though in terms of shear volume I see like 25xmore vegan baiting and SIPS shilling threads than /pol/ threads
Aiden Evans
That's where these threads come in, to educate the newfriends.
Julian Richardson
Posters who say you need to squat should just be required to post pics of their body. Especially the fedoras who go on about "buh bb squats give you balance even though I haven't done a pistol squat or hand stand in my life!"
Logan Long

Ban shitty fetish threads PLEASE. I mean just look at this shit
This same thread was posted like a week ago
Connor Rogers
>op makes thread bitching about vegan shilling >thread flooded with vegan shills Cant say im surprised really.
William Baker
So /containment/ instead of /meta/? At least something was accomplished.
Aiden Adams

Whereas /pol/sters go into unrelated threads to attach implications of racial superiority to literally everything, rather than make their own threads about it.
Caleb Jones

keep fighting the good fight my lads. reporting DOES in fact work. report all threads that are off topic so that we can keep Veeky Forums clean and healthy.
side note: vegan threads should be allowed ONLY if they are related to vegan nutrition as other user stated above. if it turns into moral compass spinning, animal rights activism, or any guilt tripping bull shit then it should be reported and shut down.
still, the greatest enemy to Veeky Forums are the tinder threads, help me talk to girl threads, and the other /r9k/ type threads.

Julian Howard
i'd honestly like for the board to renamed to "fitness and nutrition".
the two go hand-in-hand and can't really be separated. people hating on veganism need to get over themselves.
also racism and pol-type things should not be allowed. and we need more of those threads where everyone posts their fit butts.
Carson Fisher
Perma ban all vegans
Lucas Jenkins
Nutrition already fits under the definition of fitness. No need for redundancy. Just keep smacking down the trolls that pretend Veeky Forums should stand for bodybuilding.
Ethan Evans
Welcome Reddit Other than the vegan propaganda. This place hasn't changed in years. When I say years, I mean after quad and any useful contributor left. Was right about the time this board started slurping that dead wogs cock.
Let me guess you want >muh tinder dubs/gets threads XD >outlaw the word nigger (awwww poor baby) >Disregard anything related to the sticky (as you called it shilling) >height threads >chick threads Had you not said vegan threads first, I'd swear you were some flaming fudge packer
James Ward
>vegan nutrition is healthy for your heart >keto nutrition is not Post O N E study that says vegan nutrition is somehow superior for training (and hence fitness) ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2129159/

Veganism negatively effects a trainees progress. Keto positively effects a trainees progress Veganism should stop being memed
Health has nothing to do with fitness 50% of Olympic athletes would take a drug to win a Olympic medal if it also means it would kill them Are Olympic athletes not fit?
Luis Hernandez
Veganism is optimal for being a vagina like yourself.
Asher Richardson
These meta threads are just redditors having a cry. Leave if you don’t like it here.
Aaron Peterson
This just in, most of the people on this board doens't lift.
What happened to olympic weightlifitng general? PEople actually lifted weights and came to this board.
Jeremiah Collins
>but it's a lifestyle that's associated with health and fitness.
That's just a claim. I can claim heroine useage is for health and fitness too and it would be just as true.
