Zinc picolinate. I take 50mg. People freak out about taking too much, but a lot of men are deficient. I eat a bunch of peanuts anyways which are high in copper.

I've noticed a pretty big change on libido.

I wouldn't say it's perfectly safe. Just don't over do it and you'll love the effects
