started counting calories February 1st, 2016.
Stopped at my birthday, July 28th same year after dropping to 82kg / 182lbs
Started at 110kg / 242lbs

Went one year "maintaining", actually eating whatever and doing lot of exercise to reinforce some muscles that were causing joint and back pain, under the advice of a physiotherapist.
Actually i fucked up diet cause i started getting pussy, and pussy kill gains.

Started again after 1 year, this July the 1st.
New start weight: 88kg / 194lbs
Goal: idk, somewhere around 70kg i guess...aiming to see my abs for the first time in my life, always been a fatass.

height 177cm or 5'9"/10" in retarded units
