vegetable protein vs meat protein debate?

eggs. where i am you can get 5 dozen for 10 bucks

Whole grains (bread, pasta, oats)
Peanut butter
Beans
Lentils
Chickpeas

Minmaxing amino acids is not something that should be a consideration if you're broke. Buy WPC to save money if you need extra protein. Replace meat with cage eggs. Buy shit tons of white rice and beans, peanuts can fill your fat macro.

See this thread a lot. Answer is always the same

In bulk:
Oats
Peanut butter
Rice
Beans
Eggs

If you can afford it, in bulk when possible:
Chicken (frozen is cheaper)
Protein powder
Cheap greens

I came here today to ask about pretty much the same thing.
I have a shitty income and can barely afford rent, but I gotta find a way to eat too.
What's the best cheap HEALTHY foods so that I can continue losing weight while at it?

> Rice
> Chicken

Probably the cheapest form of carbs/protein you'll be able to afford.

Yeah basically eat a ton of beans with rice (or rice with peas if you want to switch it up).

Eggs and cheese are obvious choices as well.

The Quark:

>500g per container
>60g protons
>20g carbs
>1g fat
>costs 79cents

Tuna is cheap as fuck.

Peanut butter
Oats
Whole Milk
Eggs
Lentils
Chickpeas
Frozen fish

Chicken
Beans
Rice
Broccoli
Olive oil

>Rice
>Cheapest form of carbs
Maybe if you live in Asia. If you live in America or Europe it will be flour. Wheat and bread has been our staple for many generations, so naturally it comes cheap.

In the USA you can get 25 lb bags of flour for 7-8 dollars. That's like 42,000 calories. I think you can buy a 20 lb bag of medium gain rice for 10-11 and that's like 11,000 calories.

What the fuck is the other 419g

Go over to Aldi, OP. Though it may seem like a meme store you could buy so much shit there for so little it's practically a crime.

Whole (unfortunately not activated) almonds: $4.99
Dry roasted peanuts: $1.99
Shitty applesauce: $1.49
Corn starch: 89 cents
Rolled oats: $2.39
Eggs: 57 cents
Almond Milk: $1.99
Jumbo biscuit: 99 cents
Greek yogurt: 69 cents
Bacon: $3.89
Chicken tenderloins: $2.89
Whole wheat bread: $1.39

Pure gains my friend
