Because all our benches are in use even when I go at 6 am.
Sucks because at full body three times a week I need a back sparing leg exercise but I hate extensions.
Been doing horizontal leg press instead.
These are great though.
Whole body 3x a week reporting in here too.

This looks like it would completely destroy my knees.
I used to do them instead of normal back squats, but since I switched I've made way better gains

True, IIRC squatting with knees in front of the feet puts strain on your knee

I do it after squats and before farmers walks. Trying to work with the form to get more glute activation, think I need to place my loaded foot more forward.

Not him but these are mine, I have the same schedule. Doesn't feel like enough honestly, it's just SS with other isolations thrown in.
Squat 5 reps x 3 sets
Press/Bench Press 5 reps x 3 sets
Deadlift 5 reps x 1 set
Bicep Curls 8 reps x 4 sets
Tricep Pulldowns 8 reps x 4 sets
Lateral Raises 8 reps x 4 sets
Shoulder Shrugs 8 reps x 4 sets
Forearm Curls 8 reps x 4 sets
Wrist Curls 15 reps x 4 sets
Calf Extensions 10 reps x 5 sets

A few months ago I dropped a heavy jug on one of my feet, and I damaged one of my toenails. Until the new nail grows out, it hurts to put any weight on the toenail, hence no shit like this.

whenever I do them I get such a massive pump in my quad and glutes (i do about 12 reps holding dumbells around 120 pounds total when I can rep 3 plates back squats) I get such a massive pump in that leg I hobble around like drunken hobbit because that leg won't hold my bodyweight or unbend for a half a minute
