Is doing hip thrusts good as a male? My ass is huge as is even before I ever entered the gym.. squats and diddleys made the proportions go better but I'm sorta scared of getting an even bigger ass with hip thrusts. I did them once and they hurt so good so since then I'm having this confusion of doing them or not.

You are not dieting properly. Period. 11lbs in 7 months is really bad progress. You should be losing 1lb a week if you're serious. You are not tracking your calories properly. Start counting your calories and eat at a deficit while doing cardio and the fat will start melting off. There is no way to spot reduce. You need to do this to lose the weight. Weight loss is 90% diet, if you don't fix how many calories you consume you will never make it.
