Was hoping to be a bit leaner by midsummer. Cut or bulk? End goal is around 250 and lean.

Weird that with 3 inches more and 40lbs more weight, you look only slightly more muscular than I do. I'd say bulk - 6'7 and huge will be amazing/intimidating whereas 6'4 and huge will never be quite as impressive.

On the plus side 6'4" and huge fits an XL perfectly, whereas finding clothes for me is impossible.

Focus on chest, back and shoulders OP. Will help loads in your v taper as a lanklet.

Gonna try to get sub 12% by the end of August but I gotta speed it up if I'm gonna do that.

Mostly gymnastics-type stuff, also martial arts.

Diet is mostly just eggs, meat, fruits/veggies and rice or potatoes with dinner. (Sundays are date night with the wife, so it's whatever we have that night)

Are you really 185? Im only 3" shorter than you but a good 30lbs lighter and we look almost the same. You do have bigger traps than me but thinking i would look basically the same after gainig 30lbs lf muscle is very disheartening.
