My friend got gastric bypass, and he lost all his weight. He was like 400 pounds or so. BUT. He is still unhealthy as shit, in fact he's become an alcoholic. He was hospitalized several times due to pain and other complications. Also, he regularly shat himself, and he's become a miserable fuck.
